How the public EduHunt website and secure portals handle information.
Public website
The public website is designed to provide programme, examination, resource and portal information. It does not require students to enter academic records on public pages.
Portal data
Portal information is limited by role. Students access only their own records. Teachers access only allotted classes, sections and subjects. Principals and Coordinators access only permitted schools or branches. Administrative users receive access according to assigned permissions.
Credentials
Do not share usernames, passwords, passcodes or private links. Saved-login options use the user’s own device storage and should be used only on trusted devices.
Data protection
Permissions must be validated by the backend service for every protected request. Frontend visibility alone is not considered security.
Public enquiries
Do not send student records, passwords or confidential school files through the public contact form. Existing partner schools should use their allotted coordinator or authorised portal workflow.
Updates
This notice may be updated when the Hostinger, Apps Script or future MySQL architecture changes.
