Basic conditions for using the EduHunt public website and role-based portals.
Authorised use
Secure portals may be used only by students, school staff and EduHunt personnel who have been issued valid access.
Accuracy of school data
Schools and authorised operators are responsible for submitting accurate student, examination and operational information. The system validates records where possible and reports clear errors when data cannot be accepted.
Programme naming
Stored programme values must use only: CEAM IIT, CEAM NEET, SPARK IIT, SPARK NEET, OLYMPIAD IIT, OLYMPIAD NEET, IGNITE and LITTLE CHAMP.
Security
Users must not attempt to access another branch, class, student or administrative area. Credentials should not be shared.
Availability
EduHunt may update portals, services and file links to improve speed, reliability, security or compatibility. Planned changes should preserve unaffected working features wherever possible.
Academic content
Academic materials and reports are provided for authorised programme use. Redistribution outside the permitted school or user group is not allowed unless EduHunt provides written approval.
